Jaymark Jewelers strives for 100% customer satisfaction. Towards that goal, each Jaymark piece passes through a rigorous quality control process before leaving our Hudson Valley workshop. If you have any concerns about your Jaymark Jewelry please contact us right away so we can assess the cause and work to remedy it. Anything that is determined to be a manufacturing flaw will be repaired or replaced at no cost for the life of the piece. Wear and tear on jewelry varies based on an individual’s habits, wear patterns and lifestyle. Repairs necessitated by wear and tear on an item will be covered for one year from date of purchase.
For items deemed manufacturer defect or repairs covered under the one year warranty, Jaymark Jewelers will supply a shipping label for the piece. In most cases, repairs can be completed within a week of receipt of item. More time will be necessary if item needs to be replaced.
For items requiring repair outside of the warranty, a quote will be provided once the item is received. While Jaymark Jewelers can assist with shipping options, cost of shipping, in addition to repair fees are the responsibility of the customer.
