Do we require appointments?
We love appointments! We do accept walk-ins, but making an appointment will ensure that you will have immediate and undivided attention during your visit.
Do we make or repair jewelry?
Yes, we make and repair all jewelry in our workshop on site. We specialize in platinum and gold. We typically estimate 2 weeks for a project. We can also do simple ring resizings while you wait in 40 minutes, but please book an appointment in advance.
Do we clean jewelry?
Yes, we offer complimentary cleaning services for all clients. Bring it by and we can typically clean it within 15 minutes.
Do we repair watches?
We do watch battery and band replacements on site, and we have a trusted watchmaker offsite to handle more complicated requests. For Rolexes, we are happy to provide our opinion on your piece, however, we usually will recommend that you contact a Rolex dealer for further services.
Do we buy gold jewelry?
Yes, we buy jewelry of all precious metals and case by case for stones. Please book an Estate and Gold Buying appointment for a complimentary consult.
Do we provide appraisals?
Yes, we offer formal jewelry appraisals for $200 per piece. If you are not sure if you need a formal appraisal, we are also happy to offer complimentary verbal valuations for your collection.
