Yes! We are meeting clients by appoiontment only. Making an appointment will ensure that you have immediate and undivided attention during your visit.

Yes, we make and repair all jewelry on site. We typically have a 2 week turn around on all repairs. We offer While-You-Wait repair services. Call to book an appointment for a While-You-Wait repair servics, all other repairs can be booked online.

Yes, we offer complimentary cleaning services for all clients. Make an appointment to bring it by and we can typically clean it within 15 minutes.

We do watch battery and band replacements on site, and we have a trusted watchmaker offsite to handle more complicated requests. 

Yes, we buy jewelry of all precious metals and case by case for stones. Please book an Estate and Gold Buying appointment for a complimentary consult.

Yes, we offer formal jewelry appraisals or insurance purposes. If you are not sure if you need a formal appraisal, we are also happy to offer assist you in determining which pieces should be appraised. We will also preform estate evaluations which will include both the Replacement and Fair Market Value. We do not appraise new pieces.

At Jaymark Jewelers we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may be able to return your items for a refund or in-store credit or exchange the item. You can return any Jaymark purchase within 7 business days and 14 business days for an exchange. Discounted products are a final sale only. Estate Jewelry is exchange only. Other conditions may apply.
